Holiday Begins Today!

Mr. Fun has a 2 week holiday (vacation if you are in America) beginning today. Woohoo! I have just a month until the new semester begins, so this is the last fling before autumn.

We are going to spend this last night of July in Huntington Beach. Friends have given us the use of their extra home for the duration of our holiday, so hopefully we'll be showing you some scenes for various places along Southern California's beautiful coast these next couple of weeks. We've brought our tandem bicycle with us and hoping to do some cycling along the Santa Ana River trail and the coast trail. We don't have Internet connection at the house, so we're hoping to post a daily blip at a Starbucks or somewhere, but commenting will probably be minimal.

It's Friday night and we're staying goodbye to July and hello August. Of course we are listening to Carole King's (the last night in July) and "The First Day of August." Hope you have a great weekend.
