When?

This sign was erected when the stretch of road was resurfaced in October 2012.

There is no doubt at the time it was new.

Why do we need to be told it is new?

How long does the sign have to be there for the surface to no longer be new?

If I removed the sign would the council replace it with a new one?

Or would they accept people either know or don't care that the surface is new?
