Day 1 at Legoland

Raring to go we headed to Legoland. Having to queue to get in should have been a sign to us as in the past we haven't had the same queues to get in. The day was one long queue! We met up with our neighbours whilst queuing for the logflume. I should add that we queued for 2 hours to spend 2 minutes on the log flume and get soaked. The boys loved it though so it was worth it. We had hoped to meet some other friends whilst in the park but we seemed to be at opposite sides of the park all the time.

It was a very warm day and we stayed in the park till past closing at 19.00. When I was in the shop one of the managers told me that it had been the busiest day on records, hmmmm typical. It really had been busy though. Fingers crossed Tuesday would be quieter........
