2013 ARTSFEST BANNER AT THE CHARMOUTH ROUNDABOUT

Last year's poles were still in place and have held the new artsfest banner up for three hours now! I think a serious wind (at the weekend maybe?) could test it so I am thinking of ways to reinforce and upgrade the whole set-up. Some tree pruning is needed too as you can't see it all when approaching from Axminster
