Happy Birthday

Grace turned six today. She was so very excited. I guess as a late August birthday she's watched her friends reach this milestone one by one before her. Today, quite randomly, she would giggle to herself every now and again and say "I can't believe I'm actually SIX!"
It was all about Grace today. She chose to go to Tynemouth beach for a paddle and do some rock pool exploration, and she also wanted to visit the Blue Reef Aquarium. We had a very overpriced lunch there, then we spent the rest of the afternoon in the metro centre where Grace visited her favourite toy shops. She chose for us to have tea at Burger King and here is her birthday portrait...completed with her ice cream nose decoration!
