Birthday celebrations at Longleat

Today it was my Big Daughter's 6th birthday. Rosie the cat woke her up with a kiss. She opened some presents & then we went off to Longleat Safari Park & House. It's a long way from us but was well worth it. We met up with the children's Godparents and had a wonderful day in the rain exploring. When we got to the Safari Park the children were asked what they were looking forward to seeing, a tiger said the birthday girl, a zebra said Pink Twin, a hedgehog said Blue Twin!!!! We didn't see any hedgehogs sadly although Blue Twin got very excited to see a snail on a fence... so easily pleased! When we got to the deer enclosure you are able to have the windows down & buy food to feed them. So that's my Blip. Not very good focus but was as good as I could do before the deer went for Pink Twin. Had to whip her in before she got eaten!!

Now to sit down & relax & think back to 6 years ago when we fell in love with our much waited for & wanted baby daughter.....
