AIM: to lose 2lb this week!
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2x2miles
COUNTDOWN: 393 miles to go!

Well thanks to Thai tummy I have lost 4lbs this week so it doesn't look too bad and I did achieve my aim from before my holiday to not go over 14 stone! Now the hard work begins. Also didn't manage to walk far due to being ill.....it really did take it out of me!
