WALK IT OFF

HOLIDAY FRIGHT!!!

WEEK 74: oh dear!!!!!
AIM: to get back on track ASAP!!! Helped by my new walking challenge to walk 500 miles before next summer only counting 2 mile+ walks.....have already started logging it on my other journal since June and have walked 100 miles already but need to do about 10 a week.

2 weeks in a hotel with an amazing breakfast and delicious dinners and lots of alcohol, cakes and ice cream means I have put on 10lbs!!!@!?*#!?
