Visitors!

My Mum and sister, Clare, visited us in Glasgow for the day today.

We showed them around our flat and caught up over a coffee then off for lunch at a seafood restaurant, aptly named the Mussel Inn. We had heard very good things about and it had been on our ‘must go to’ list for a while now. Jen and I had a ½ kilo of mussel each and it was so tasty, we’ll definitely be going back!

This was followed with cocktails at Blythswood Square, as I mentioned a few weeks ago, we love this place and the cocktails are amazing. As you can see in this picture, that Jen took of the 3 of us, we all picked very different drinks but we each loved the one we chose.

A quick look around a few shops before getting Mum and Clare to the train station. The day went by so quickly, we just had so much fun. Such a fantastic day and really enjoyed showing them our new part of the world.
