leaps and splashes

each summer the children make leaps and bounds in water. when we lived here all year round getting to a pool in the winter wasn't very convenient so we always made the most of the summer months when all the outdoor pools open and we can swim under blue blue skies and get out and be dried by the sun in minutes.

I can remember the summer Mlle L learnt to swim.....then Mlle E. This summer it is Little boy who has gone from arm band wearing to swimming lengths on his own. But in the picture is rj who has gone from being held to jumping in on his own and paddling away across the pool with his arm bands..........not to mention the thing he loves the most..splashing everyone else!
