After a slow start (possibly something to do with that extra beer last night) we did a few chores and then went up to Abbeymount to see etherghost's show; her second during the festival, which must be some kind of record. The pieces are on the themes of migration, ancestors, family ties, losing and finding one's little piece of earth; I find them very evocative. It's not clear from the photo but the sepia-ish background in a lot of the pictures is formed from old maps, mostly of Scotland. I appreciated the Hank Williams soundtrack, too!

A quiet night in with Kurosawa's "Throne of Blood" (the Scottish play, sort of).
