Busy, beautiful day.

It's been a busy day but just so beautiful out. I spent 2 hours cooped up at the hairdresser and then spent an hour or so at the Community Family Fun Day. It's always a bit of a downer because no one turns up, but this time, it was packed! There were children everywhere, and with lots of fun activities, including a magic show and a baby animal farmyard, they had a great time. The most popular stall was by far the face painting and she did an amazing job. The Early Intervention Service in town organised it and we had a stall with bubble mix and giant bubble wands. Not much work needed at all :) The fact that entry was a gold coin donation, and all the activities and the sausage sandwiches were free, meant children and families were satisfied with what they got and we had some very good feedback :)
