Another marker
An abandoned water tank that is another marker on my running track. It's a point I run to when I'm struggling or a starting point sometimes.
Today I've run 5 x 3 minute intervals. With 2 minute walk breaks in between. I also ran between the wickets with Michael while he did some fitness training for the new cricket season. After yesterday's 90 minute yoga class, my muscles are still tired but some stretching and flexibility exercises have helped.
My day off tomorrow. I told my boss I needed a day just for me, and she gave me one! Not sure what I will achieve tomorrow, but I know that it will be whatever I choose to do for myself! Looking forward to it :)
But better go and finish the assignment now, due by midnight so 5 hours to go!
