How have I managed to reach the grand old age of 46 without discovering the joy that is Tres Leches cake?! Who knows but at least I've discovered it now. Definitely one for special occasions only, though, due to the calories but oh my. Delish!

David and Kenny spent the afternoon on the golf course and Alan was out and about with Eddie so I spent the afternoon in my element in the kitchen doing more food prep for tonight.

Lj & Derek arrived at 7.30 and we had a lovely evening. The nachos, chicken basque and Tres Leches cake went down very well and we had a lovely time catching up with this pair of globe trotters.
