Hercules Morse As Big As A Horse
I did some guiding this morning at Speke Hall. Then we headed over to Formby Point for a walk on the beach.
There were lots of happy families, and dogs, there enjoying the sunshine. The light was superb.
We walked through the trees on the way back to the car and meet the ranger who was busy picking litter and parcels of dog poo that had been left behind by inconsiderate dog owners. Despite her task she was very cheery. We asked how the red squirrels were doing and she told us that numbers had recovered to over 200 which would be the natural number in a space this size. It is great to hear good news stories like this.
Some more images from today's beach walk.
