Swim Cycle

Belhaven Sands, a bit too far for most people and so all mine this afternoon in the fog. I had my wetsuit and snorkel in my rucksack and I spent an hour in the waves just floating about and enjoying the experience. Cleansing and life-affirming.

This has been a nicely paced day, sleeping off the early morning walk until mid-day and then pottering about tidying the garden and swimming in the sea. All lovely.

Now to have a snooze until 5AM, when it's time to get up for the 6AM train to London. I'm taking advantage of the Bank Holiday to spend a day tourist-ing around. Should be fun!
