Today we chose the steepest route up Barf and also managed to find the most threatening cloud in the Lakes. Everywhere else was bathed in sun whereas we ended up on Lord's Seat in the murk. We revived our spirits at the Royal Oak in Braithwaite enjoying a pint in the late afternoon sun.
