Newlands valley

This was the best of a rather uninspiring bunch taken on today's walk to Swinside and back. Luckily the weather had improved by the time we reached the Dandelion cafe in Portinscale, which had been deservedly recommended to us because of the views across Derwentwater. Now back at home for a couple of days and then off to Cornwall - it will take me that long to read all of my emails :-/
