Beach Babe

It's been another glorious sunny day, and after taking Louis for his morning walk, Rachel and I took Scarlett out. We walked along the coastal path to Rottingdean, had a bit of lunch and then went down to the beach. We took the picnic blanket and after having a paddle we sat on the beach for a while. Scarlett loved being at the beach but didn't like the sea as it was a bit cold!

They head home tonight so we're just about to have a BBQ and then Scarlett will have her bath and bottle before they set off. They won't get home until about midnight, so they're hoping she'll sleep in the car - fingers crossed they have a good journey.

We've had a lovely time with them and will miss seeing so much of Scarlett, but I'm going up North to visit them 6 weeks time :-)
