In at the deep end

Today was such a contrast from yesterday; I've not stopped all day. I measure my day by the amount of brews I get; today was one before work then one at lunch and that was that!
The day flew by though which is good and I feel like I worked well ( helped by great support staff).
I haven't blipped Darnell & Joy for a bit so thought they deserve a look in and they tie in well with today's title :-)
