'Fresh Veg............'!!

Carrots.....Leeks...Shallots .....and Cabbage...yum....!
and just behind ..out of sight....some garlic and Spring Onions or Scallions ....
Just some of my veg.....we're eating so much cabbage .....we'll turn 'green' soon!!
I'm also using the shallots....
and I've just started to pull some carrots...they are small but very tasty!!
I transplanted them ..and apparently carrots don't take to transplanting very well...
but I sowed them from seed last year and they didn't grow at all...at least I have some this year......!
The Leeks will be for Winter stews and soups......!
No sign of the Kitty in this........he's been about....but not when I was taking photos...
In fact I've just thrown him and his Temptations out as he was giving me a headache shouting at me for them....
We've had a beautiful day...very warm and lots of sun...
long may these closing Summer days last....
the nights are closing in very fast...
was out with hubby and Kitty at round 8.30 to water Tomatoes and could hardly see them!!!!
