I'M OFF TO PICK MY CHARD

An excellent scheme run by Fife Council in the past two years has been based on the advice of organisation known as E. A. T .S (EDIBLE AND TASTY SPACES) who suggest that appropriate small spaces might usefully be planted with an enticing range of vegetable produce for all freely to pick. So I'm going to try the chard which is alleged to taste scrumptious sautéed with leeks and garlic---perhaps I'll let you know!
