SWISS CHARD AS PROMISED

The chef cooks like a dream--the chard is on its way with a hint of chardonnay, leeks thyme, garlic and goat's cheese; the perfect accompaniment to a fillet of baked salmon.
What more could a man ask?
But I did the washing up!
