Play Date

Verity (4) is happy that J.T. (3) has stopped by to invite her out to walk in the park, chaperoned by his Mom. Her footwear was being hunted down when I took this picture.

When I was this young, there were no play dates. I would just "go play" by leaving the house and choose from the dozens of kids my age who lived within a 2-minute walk.
