Bad Influence...

D is working from home today and requested more Scotch pancakes as yesterday's two batches lot are all gone. I did give Agnes a pile away with her. We've not been gorging on pancakes for 24 hours :)

Made a fresh batch and for lunch we just had some of them buttered straight off the hot plate with crispy bacon and freshly brewed coffee. Oh my :)

There should have been a maple syrup accompaniment but a desperate thorough search of the larder proved in vain. Never mind, we still enjoyed them.
