cruise on the Ouse

Took a brave step today and got the train into York. I spent several hours walking round in circles familiarising myself with the city.

I snapped the Minster and the Shambles. Found a lovely patisserie for morning coffee and had my lunch in the Museum Gardens.

It was a wide angle day photo wise. Got some quirky angles and some 'postcard type scenes'. Today's blip is one of the latter as I've been able to post it virtually straight from camera.

Going out for a pub meal soon so rushing to get this posted.
