The Good Old Days.

As I've mentioned previously in these pages, V and I recently joined the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway Preservation Co.

This weekend we are holding our 50th Anniversary Gala so we went along this morning and were entertained by several steam locos we had not seen before as well as dozens of traction engines, cars, lorries, a fairground organ and model railway layouts - plus other stuff which I can't remember. There were also railwayana stalls, a garden railway exhibition, a real ale bar and refreshments. Something for everyone!

My blip is the vehicle which V probably thought was the most important, a vintage beer delivery lorry.
