More shopping

Today's items on today's agenda were:

1) Buy a router. Decided on Apple's Airport Extreme and toddled off to the kind-of Apple shop - called iSpot - one of their authorised retailers. Except they didn't have one so I trundled off on a bus to another shopping centre called Blue City and got one at their branch. Bit urgent because (in the absence of blips for the last few days) I'd decided after some research, on an internet/phone/tv provider and wanted to set up wi-fi at the same time.

2) Buy a bike. Hm, well - semi-successful. Got a bit lost in translation and gave up on a couple of sports shops who didn't have any English-speaking staff at all. Managed to look at a few bikes but got a bit confused and wasn't sure about the specifics, so deferred my decision in order to conduct some research online!

Oh and the blip? Down a street where I was hoping to catch a bike shop before it closed. I failed! Got a blip though, so all was not lost!
