Well - my Cable Guy was due between 5 and 6 but turned out that I missed him. I called to get an ETA just gone 6 and was told he arrived at 4.45 and because there was no reply, he left. There's efficient and there's too efficient?! All re-booked for an evening appointment tomorrow.
