Ring of Steall

Hillwalking today up at Glen Nevis Fort William. We were doing the 4 Munro's on this fantastic horseshoe.

The Ring of Steall is part if the Mamore range of hills. This picture is of the 4th Munro Sgurr a' Mhaim and includes the devils ridge.

We met many groups on the hills today. Perhaps the most interesting was a team of Canadian runners who were doing the Ramsay Round. This consists of running 23 Munro's in 24 hours non stop. Fair play to them!

Tiring day but very worthwhile. Made it back to the caravan at about half eight just in time to read L her bedtime story.
