make a wish

i have had 5 days off work, 5 days with my babies its been so lovely shame ive got to go back to work tomorrow :(

it was going to be another lovely day so thought we'd head off to the park early before it got too hot. we went to a park that we have drove passed lots but not actually tried yet so no time like the present. caleb fell asleep about 5 minutes before we got there. he's been suffering with his teeth over the last few days so i thought it would be cruel to wake him. but this did give erin and me some one on one time. at one point we did have the whole park to ourselves. she just went from one thing to another, climbing, sliding and having lots of fun. caleb looks very peaceful in his pushchair in the shade, he was a lot cooler than me and erin and it was only 1030.
we headed off and erin came across what she call wishing flowers. she tries so hard to blow them but all the effort it actually looks like she could inhale them in :)

caleb woke just as we got to the car, typical. next stop was a trip to the super market. we had a few things to pick up but one thing i did get was erins uniform for when she starts nursery in the next couple of weeks (date still to be confirmed) she was so excited when she saw it, its the icing on the cake to starting big girl school.

we had lunch while we were still out but now both babies have sore mouths, Caleb's teething like crazy with i think his fangs and erins mouth is full of ulcers, the poor girl is struggling to eat but is so hungry still all the time. hopefully it will pass very soon.

erin fell asleep in the car on the way home so me and little man got some time together. we played in the garden and caleb brushed up on his signing. when erin was a baby we went to baby sign classes and we've always just carried it on with caleb, erin can even remember all the signs (she even reminds me what some are) his latest one is hot. he looks so cute with it.

i mowed the lawn while caleb kept himself occupied with his new ball that he got from the castle the other day, well i say kept himself occupied he HAS to give someone else the other ball at all times and you HAVE to hold it. he even tried a few times to give it erin even though she was asleep. who's idea was these balls!!
