Sun beams shining on the sea

The sun had a struggle this morning breaking through the thick, easterly cloud layer. A little after sunrise rays of light illuminated small areas of the sea, making interesting patterns on the water.

We may also get a nice sunset tonight, as the clouds are looking promising. I've things to do later, though, so I'm posting this shot now. My camera will be ready none the less!
