Kingairloch

Friday afternoon
We are parked beside Kingairloch Church on the shore of Loch Linnhe at Camus na Croise - the bay of the cross. Later we have booked to eat at the Boat House Kingairloch - a mile and half from here. It is wild and wet out there this afternoon and we understand a party of thirty people are booked to eat at the Boat House, they are arriving by boat. Sounds like fun.

Kingairloch is on a small road between the two ferries of Lochaline and Corran, we came this way earlier in the year, the scenery is wonderful although the road is narrow and rough.

Today is the start of our September wanderings, off to Cumbria tomorrow for a few nights and on to Amsterdam via the Newcastle ferry and from there....
