As I was in Cheshire it would be rude not to get up early and go to the local Park run

Beautiful beautiful surroundings to run in.

A tough Park run though through woods and mud but was determined to give it my all. It paid off. Somehow I managed to smash 49 seconds off my 5K PB. I put it down to living in Yorkshire , it's practically altitude training compared to the other counties
