Shawshank

We left town about 1 p.m...heading for Ohio.

After stopping at a minor basilica in Carey, Ohio, we ended up in Mansfield, Ohio.

We are standing in front of the prison (The Ohio Reformatory) where they filmed The Shawshank Redemption, a movie starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman. A great movie.

As we exited the van, I had to throw a quote from the movie out. "You have to get busy living, or get busy dying." Red, one of the main characters...chose to live.

Dennis, the talkative tour guide...took our picture. From left to right...it's me, sister Terrie, sister Lisa, and my dad.
