Possibly the best strawberry tart in the world.

The JM Bakery is famous for two things in my house. Their seeded rolls are awesome and to die for when combined with The Granary Coleslaw (possibly the best coleslaw in the world). However, their best work takes the shape of a strawberry tart. Local Angus strawberries, fresh cream, crisp short crust pastry and that lovely strawberry gooey stuff that they put on the top. Yes there was one for me as well.

John, who did the decent thing and put the tart out of it's misery shortly after the picture was taken, is an old family friend and the architect responsible for the conservatory that we were sitting in. His next piece of work will feature in later blips I suspect.
