First Day

It was Audrey's first official day at Nursery today (see pic of her walking in) and after a weekend of her being very clingy and emotional, I wasn't looking forward to. I think we've been experiencing some of that separation anxiety I've been reading about.

But she was OK! After her initial upset at my leaving this morning, the nursery nurses said she was really settled. Happy playing and she ate all her lunch.

I've decided to split her nursery into two half days until she gets better at napping there so I picked her up at lunchtime and she went on to sleep most of the afternoon.

Got loads of work done too, one of those rare yet satisfying Mondays.
