Grade A fag break

12 noon in the City of London, the great chefs of the region prepare for the lunch rush with a preemptive fag. I appreciated the way they organised themselves neatly.

Busy day today. Dashed around like crazy. Then I decided to go the the gym. I wish I hadn't. I'm forced to acknowledge that my right knee seems to have taken on the job of ageing for both knees. I'm trying to work out when a trip to the doctor will happen.... Hmmmmmm.
