The welcome

Today we took a seaplane to Vancouver Island to spend the day in Victoria. The heavens opened and we were soaked through. We went on a trip to the Burchard Gardens which was fabulous but we had to run around because the weather was so bad. My jeans were stuck to me! We spent an hour or so in the fantastic museum and also the Robert Bateman gallery. Both of which are excellent quality and well worth a visit. The return flight took us through some hairy storm clouds but thankfully this little fella was on hand to welcome us back.
