Well day 2 has been ok.
Did well with the eating. Did not get home until 8 so not so good on the training front. I need to get everything setup so I can walk in the door and train without to much effort.
Got the slow cooker (the picture) which I thought might be useful in my healthy eating campaign.
Went to see the physio after work as I have been getting some neck pain. He gave me some exercises to do. He says the problem is caused by all the driving to work and sitting at a desk. Better retire I suppose, better sell some of the gold bars under the bed then - hehe
