Carping Diem

My youngest daughter Becca and her partner Jakub announced their engagement yesterday and to celebrate they came over to Oakham and we went out to eat.

Today we all went for a stroll by the canal and noticed several of these fish (are they Carp?) just seemingly hanging languidly in the water. A very tranquil scene.
