Same sunflower, different view.
Day 2 of HeartFreek's September challenge - In the dark
OK, OK I forgot to start yesterday because I didn't realise it was September already!
Tonight I decided to go out into the garden to do a long exposure shot but then realised I hardly ever use the flash on my camera. The sunflower caught my eye. The slight snag is that the flash is very direct and hard to bounce off anything so I have had to tone down the brightness a little.
In the top left hand corner you can just make out the Runner beans which have entwined themselves round the stem of the sunflower effectively keeping it upright and against the wall. In the daylight the red and yellow look quite good. I may do it intentionally next year.
