I've driven past this derelict historic house many times. It used to have quite a decent yard at the back of it . Now it has been engulfed by a huge block of units. It must have heritage protection on it, or I'm sure it would have been demolished. I can only hope that there is some sort of restoration plan for it, however it has been in this state now for many years.
