Well Bread

Not bad I think for a beginner. I cheated and bought a Lidl ready mix but used my skill and judgement to measure out and add warm water, and kneaded the dough and despite no longer having an airing cupboard to prove it I devised a little warm room out of a carrier bag for cold stuff with hot water bottles inside.Fairly pleased with myself that it is well edible.
