End of day

Busy day at school, the first years and sixth formers were in - little and large. Boys with too big blazers and an anxious look in their eyes. Nice to give them a friendly smile, find lost pumps and pencil cases and direct them to the right place. Tomorrow will be loud and crowded, the rest of the students arrive!

Grabbed a few minutes in the garden as the light was failing to commune with the still shy robin. This blackbird chick is a clever one, he/she always finds the mealworms and manages to perch on the smallest landing stages to get them. Love how its feathers are turning, rich browns.
