Red or Green

In New Mexico, chili is a big deal. New Mexicans eat chili on or in EVERYTHING. I have even had lasagna with green chili in it...and it was good!! When you order food here, the wait person will always ask, "Red or Green?" meaning red chili sauce or green chili sauce. Everyone has a personal favorite and eateries cater to both camps.

For my stop-action photo, I used both colors of chilis...but to be honest, it was more for the color and contrast, than to appease anyone's particular inclination one way or the other.
