THISTLES

After a long day of flying, sometimes you just have to take what nature provides as your pic of the day, and be both thankful and happy you got anything worth shooting at all. Now, I'm not saying these thistles (if in fact that is what they actually are - I'm a photographer, NOT a botanist) aren't beautiful and photo-worthy in their own right...I guess I am just saying that Buffalo has a lot more appealing things that "could" have been the subject of the photo. I promise something far more relevant tomorrow.
