There won't be many of these left......not being negative.....just being a realist

Today has been quite tropical, I went to Visit Tony and Dorothy in their new ' posh ' sheltered housing .....they are 'snug as a bug in a rug' , they had booked a one o'clock lunch in the restaurant within the complex.....
We sat on the balcony in their apartment and had a cup of tea in the ' balmy' warm weather ( funny that word Balmy.....it applies to the weather and it applies to me.
