Should be scratch and sniff!

Had a lovely evening catching up with past work colleague/ friend and her husband, in the barn they are soon to move out of. We set the world to rights and woke to a bEautiful misty morning. The bread making course I had been booked on was unfortunately cancelled, so we had an impromptu shopping trip, then into Hebden Bridge. She had mentioned a fabulous holistic therapist , well, she just happened to be able to fit me in. So a massage, neural tension release with cranio sacral therapy. Just the right time for it, released some of my pent up tension, so came out feeling lighter and looser! Bonus and fate. Come home with these lovely home grown sweet peas, my favourite, love the scent. Nice phone call cheered me up too!
