Ecuadorian Breakfast
My typical breakfast here in Quito, Ecuador generally consists of a fruit salad with yogurt and granola poured on top, and a warm cup of Columbian Coffee on the side.
Today I got to try an Huma, which is a steamed corn husk with cornmeal wrapped inside!
It's basically the Ecuadorian version of a tamale (originated from Mexico).
Went to four lectures today (mondays and wednesdays are my busiest days, 4 classes in a row) then went to a sandwich shop with a friend and I got this delicious raspberry smoothie <3
Food is delicious :)
I'm also coughing a lot less now, yay!
